You might say it’s impossible to feel that way all of the time.
It becomes a lesson in how to stay in the moment.
It’s the best it can possibly be right now.
It’s all about perspective.
When an employee makes a mistake, instead of throwing them under the bus or pushing the responsibility off on them, take ownership and say, “it’s MY fault. I need to train them better.”
So instead of berating people, build them up, by showing them how to do better.
Then we start talking about what we can vs what we can’t control.
And the brings us to systems. This is what I CAN control - when something goes wrong, I can look at how I can improve my systems to prevent or minimize the chances of that thing going wrong again.
